About The Owner and the Brand

Flawed and Fierce (F+F) is the brainchild of Aqueelah Maxwell. Aqueelah is a wife, a mom to three kiddos, an educator, and the owner of F+F, formally known as IMKameelah. 

F+F was created for woman on the journey of self-love and who is fierce enough to embrace and love her flaws. With perfection often being the goal so many strive for, it can be discouraging when you don’t feel like you fit the mold, whether that’s physically, professionally, or in any other area of your life. We’re often the ones defining and identifying our flaws and this can be a major distraction from our blessings and detour us from going after our goals. F+F is a brand rooting for every sis thriving and shining.

Everyone has flaws as well as things they can improve on, but there is comfort in knowing that we are all God’s design. God created each and every one of us uniquely. This doesn’t mean we don’t have to aim to do better and strive for higher goals, this just means that there is no mold for beauty. We are beautiful and wonderfully designed and should take pride in that. We are free to make changes to our physical as much as to our minds. Being imperfect isn’t something to be ashamed of, but it can be embraced. We can appreciate our imperfections we can’t change and grow to improve what we want to change. F+F believes that we are all a work in progress and that purpose is much more important than perfection. There is no denying that we are all designed by God which makes us perfectly imperfect. F+F wants you to love yourself the way God loves you.
